Balance is the foundation of life because it always restores order and allows us to move forwards.
The breath comes in, there is an imbalance, but right away there is a balance. The breath goes out, there is a new imbalance, but right away there is balance.
Your step advances and immediately there is an imbalance, but your step does not pause and the balance is restored. In the same way, speech causes and imbalance to appear, but silence remains omnipresent.
All this is simple, for it is balance that governs the world of happiness and you must always return to it and awaken in it.
